1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom items.
6. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
